Project Timeline

Crawlspace encapsulation projects are completed in two phases. However, here at All Pro Crawlspace Solutions, we recognize every home is different and will tailor our solutions to meet your needs.

Phase One

First, team members from All Pro Crawlspace will cleanout and remove insulation and debris. Our service includes disposal of all trash and debris.  Once cleanout is complete, an antimicrobial treatment will be performed. (Note: All Pro Crawlspace Solutions does offer an organic option upon request.)

Phase Two

Using top of the line products, we will line all walls, piers, and ground with a heavy-duty liner. A dehumidifier will be installed with a wireless monitor by our licensed electrician. Vents will also be sealed. R5 rated break away foam board.
